WA provides free, confidential counselling, support and information services for all people affected by gambling.
Face to face help is available via Centrecare’s, nine Gambling Help WA locations across metro and regional WA: Perth, Bunbury, Cannington, Midland, Esperance, Gosnells, Joondalup, Kalgoorlie and Mirrabooka. To make an appointment please call (08) 9325 5133 (during business hours).
Alternatively, immediate (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) assistance can be given by calling the Problem Gambling Helpline at 1800 858 858. Calls to the Problem Gambling Helpline are free from landlines and won't be listed on your phone bill.

Self-exclusion or self banning is a voluntary program which is available to anyone who wants to stop or restrict access to gaming and wagering environments. In Western Australia, Crown Perth and Racing & Wagering Western Australia (including the TAB) offer a self-exclusion program.
